The hotel is very nice, very clean, and with good service, the apar**ent was big and well maintained.
However, it is a bit expensive as it is a bit longer walk to the Kudamm area in Berlin (Approximately 12 minutes).
The major problem is that the spa and pool were under renovation and it wasn't stated anywhere during the reservation, so we felt a bit deceived by that.

A estadia no Sana Residence foi perfeita. Como tenho um filho de 1ano e meio, colocaram um berço no quarto, bem como forneceram produtos de limpeza pessoal específicos para bebés, toalhas, roupas de cama e também acessórios de banheiro.
A cozinha é bem equipada e, apesar de não ter lava-loiças, estas eram lavadas todos os dias.
O staff é solícito, ágil e muito simpático.
Apenas a título de sugestão, deixo que disponibilizem no banheiro um tapete antiderrapante para a banheira.
Mas, como disse, foi tudo perfeito!

From arrival, all staff were welcoming and engaging. The hotel and apar**ent was very well appointed, clean and always someone around attending to make sure everything was just so. The spa was small but always clean and tidy and amazing views of the city while relaxing. Will definitely be back.

A stay with very mixed feelings. Overall, the hotel is modern and nice. The room itself has all the amenities we needed. However, front desk was unfriendly (mainly Mr. P), room decently clean (could have been a little better). Very disappointing was the black mold in the shower and the 100% polyester bedding - get ready to sweat! For a 4*S hotel, one should expect more.

Great place to stay if you want two bedrooms, Also a great kitchen, although we did not use it. Fantastic staff at check in and rooms clean and well sized wiith good cupboards and two bathrooms which were both good. The only minor issue was the pillows, i asked for more supportive (memory foam) pillows but they did not have. Overall i would definitely stay there again.
