Отель в 17 минутах ходьбы от метро, удобная кровать, чистый номер, отличный персонал. Они пошли на встречу в непростой ситуации. Рекомендую.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gold Palais and will definitely stay here again. The entire property is spotless and modern. All staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location is just steps from the tram, and easily walkable to Alexanderplatz when the weather is nice.

Great price point that doesn't take cleanliness nor style for granted. A good Vietnamese and Turkish restaurant within 2 minutes of walking and a variety of cafes nearby as well. Quick access to a metro, and a 3-5 minute walk to a nearby park. Friendly staff, and good coffee.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower and a powerful hairdryer too!
Our room faced the main road with trams passing but the noise we heard was very minimal. Great location for public transport, walking distance to Alexanderplatz and a good bakery and small supermarket nearby.
Check in was quick and easy and the staff were all very friendly.

Sebastian at the reception is besides being a good dj having a very nice playlist a nice, helping, kind and helpful man. He helped me so much and I am very thankful for was he was doing for me so I could get my lost phone back and get back home. Besides that the rooms are clean and the location is good as there is a park close to where you can go run and train and you can come around town fast from the location.
Big value for money in all ways! Thanks

Sebastian in the reception is such a good man and he really helped me thinking my lost phone in a taxa. Besides that he is playing a good playlist in the reception, is a good listener and you can just feel he is good man. Thank you for being who you are to me. Besides that the room are clean, there is a park close by to run and train. The location is in a quit area and you can get around from there easily. Big time value for money .
