This hotel is clean and very well located if you come from the airport, take S 9 to BELLEVUE stop and walk for just 10-15minutes to arrive to the hotel.

駅からは少し歩きます。
大きなスーパーがすぐそばにあるのでとても便利です。
泊まった時は、外壁の工事をしていたので窓からは何も見えませんでした。
時代を感じるお部屋でした。

The staff were really helpful and smiley. While the hotel was rather hidden (hard to find when we first got there) and overall needs a refresher, the room we got was really big so it was comfortable for 3 - 4 person!

The location is very good. The building is old and beautiful. The room was nice and clean however we had no vue. The windows were covered. The first receptionist didn't speak a word of German. But he was very friendly though. The second receptionist spoke English but charged us for leaving our luggage in the reception! We were checking out and wanted to spend the day in Berlin.
That was very unfriendly and greedy!

Staff were lovely and the location is up and coming, with some nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is in need of renovation, threadbare carpets and scuffed walls. Mattress was awful - way too soft and gave us both backache. Didn’t complain as we were not there too long.

Great location to public transport. Shopping centre very close. However construction going on. Scaffolding outside my window. Had to keep curtains drawn as workman wandering about.

Located only a few bus stops for Central Station. Plenty of restruarants, etc. around the area. Staff was friendly, and watched luggage after check-out (which not all hotels seem to be doing these days). Only drawback was that there was work being done on a daily basis (which needs to be done sometimes), but they would start early. Overall, great value !

Very much a get what you pay for hotel. The rooms are incredibly basic but they do the job for a city break. There were building works going on which we were not told about prior to our visit. We were told they would start at 8am, but banging and crashing could be heard from as early as 7am. The location is a short walk to the train station and then it’s an easy journey into the centre of Berlin. We were also put on the same floor as a group of school children that were shouting and slamming doors until the early hours which didn’t help with the earlier than expected building works. Would definitely recommend for a short city break, as it is basic and clean, but anything longer and you may want to look elsewhere.
