Nachdem es Komplikationen mit dem ersten Zimmer gab, wurde mir sehr nett an der Rezeption weiter geholfen.
Ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade.
Super netter Service! Auch das neue Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Musste zweimal die Polizei rufen wegen Ruhestörung, komplettes Geld wurde mir zurückversprochen, bin gespannt ob ich das bekomme.

I would rate this 10/10 except that they didn’t have a fridge. But they have everything else a traveler needs. First the location is superb. Just a short walk from the Friedrichstraße station. All the major attractions are also with walking distance except for a few. There is an elevator. The security is good. My room had a view to the river and tv tower. It was a good size room with plenty of space for luggage and surfaces for your stuff. There’s kettle, tea and coffee. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom…. finally a hotel that has hooks and surfaces enough for your clothes and stuff. The hot water for shower was strong and hot. So good for a tired traveler. The tv had a couple of English channels. I did not have their breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Sehr gute Lage und jegliches Öv in der Umgebung. Tiefe Decken dadurch wirkt das Zimmer klein. Für kurze Aufenthalte absolut ok.

sehr nettes und bezahlbares Hotel in der Amüsiermeile Friedrichstrasse. Alle Veranstaltungen zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas verwinkelt, die Zimmer zu erreichen. Buchung mit Frühstück etwas schwierig. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten (nur Parkhaus ca. 400 m entfernt vorhanden.

Tolle Lage und ein Klasse Restaurant (Italofritz) wo es auch Frühstück gibt. Das Zimmer (Suite) war blitzsauber und die Lage mit Blick auf die Spree mit Balkon toll. Ich komme wieder

Gut gelegen. Verkehrsreiche Straße, wodurch ich früh wach wurde. Großes Zimmer. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht.

Das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen. Es war zum übernachten ok, mehr auch nicht. Frühstück war sehr gut. Nähe zu U und S Bahn Friedrichstr. perfekt.
