乾淨整潔，距離地鐵站幾百米遠，非常方便，早餐很好，雖然不豐富但是足夠，如果晚於9點到達，就要提前聯繫酒店要入住碼，自己在酒店入口處取鑰匙入住！

Ok breakfast and location near subway.
However rooms very outdated run down. Creaking floor and shower difficult to regulate (either too hot or cold). Also central heating in room not able to adjust and not allowed to open windows so it got very hot.
Paid parking available on nearby street (free during night)

Very nice Pension in the heart of the City’s west end. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and beds. On street parking, close to public transport and all the shops anyone could ever need on the Ku’damm! Really enjoyed our stay

Pluses of our visit to the hotel Margrit in Berlin 1. Price 65 euros for the room including a free continental breakfast . 2. Location in the centre of Berlin 3. Hotel room was warm clean and tidy . However as you can see from the photos the place is very tired and dated .1970s decor at its worst . Personally we felt it was more like a hostel than a hotel . Indeed looking at some of the hostels in the area they seem to have a lot more to offer . Did not detract from our stay as the city is a wonderful place to be before Christmas

Older hotel in a good location, just a few metres from the metro station. Large room and bathroom. Refrigerator and TV available. Internet connection worked well. Simple but sufficient breakfast. My only comment would be about the not very comfortable beds and creaking parquet floors. All in all, good value for money.

The hotels made from old apartment buildings save money but you have to deal with only one elevator or older styles you may or may not want to deal with.

I've stayed at this pension/hotel many times, but not for about eight years. It is good value for the money and conveniently located. Check in was very smooth. No fancy, but a very solid choice for the modest price.
