There's no kettle and cups in the room.
No water provided.
Next time I will probably seek for another place to stay.

The location is convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have upgraded the room for us with waterbed which is very comfortable

Excellent location in one of Berlin's nicest suburbs, at the end of Schlossstrasse, the second busiest shopping street in the city.
The hotel is perfectly acceptable in all aspects, save for the strength of the wifi connection. It would be impossible to work in one's hotel room.

Issues with wifi that went unresolved for the whole trip. Facility is well maintained and clean but it is dated.

Only stayed for the night and without breakfast but it was a nice and clean room. A bit loud at night if you are located to the street but still was not that bad.
