Premier Inn Beverley Town Centre

We stayed for. 2 nights with breakfast booked for both days. My son has allergies that are not listed in the top 14 common allergens list. I called a month/ 2 months before to spoke with the manager, and explain my situation above. She assured me that on the morning of staying, we could come down to the restaurant and staff could check the ingredients of certain foods so we knew my son could eat safely here. When we arrived in the morning, we were then told it’s actually company policy that they can’t share any further ingredients other than that listed in the top 14 common allergens. We then asked to speak to a senior manager We explained our situation and again she told us it was company policy not to share the ingredients of foods. During the duration of our conversation she asked us “not to be difficult”, made several barriers to helping accommodate our sons allergies, deflected, when asked questions such as “how are we meant to safely feed our son” and then went on to tell us that she “can’t tell us the ingredients of the cereal but she can tell us that’s it’s Kelloggs.” - I’m unsure as to why she thought this vague description of cereal brand would be helpful to our situation but she repeated it several times In the years of dealing with this uncommon allergy, we have never encountered a place or person, to be so unhelpful and unwilling-including travelling across the country and abroad. The rooms and beds are as you would expect in a standard hotel

I went to the Beverley Early Music Festival 24-26 May and needed somewhere to stay in easy walking distance of the venues. This proved to be the Beverley Town Centre Premier Inn which provided a clean and comfortable room and bed. I arrived by bus on Friday 24th before the opening talk and needed a meal available at the Premier Inn. They arranged a taxi to the opening concert, and other concerts on the next few days. The hotel proved to be a restful base from which to explore Beverley and enjoy the Festival.

We stayed at Premier Inn, Beverley, after attending an event nearby, was very happy with everything, from booking to the actual stay, Check in so really quick. Will definately stay again if in the area. The girl on the reception was very helpful and pleasant.

On arrival I had some issues with the room but the staff were so attentive I would happily book again. Thank you to the team for amending the booking issues and resolving things in a professional manor. Perfect location for me to stay when visiting parents.

Room constantly smelled 'pooey', corridor smelled like vomit. Window couldn't be opened. Air con just about worked. Toilet bowl not cleaned properly. The bed was surprisingly lumpy. Water only luke warm all the time. The staff and continental breakfast were great though.

Premier Inn Beverley was a good location for the Beverley Minster and the town centre and the Flemingate shopping precinct next door. The staff at the Premier were all very friendly and helpful. We ate 2 nights in the hotel (which was are length of stay and the food was excellent, could not fault anything about this hotel the only problem was the parking as there is no car park at the hotel so it cost £10.00 a night at the multi storey car park which is directly behind the hotel.

We have stayed 3 times at the Beverley Premier Inn and always found it very good. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for 2 nights due to a friend’s wedding being nearby. This premier inn does not have its own parking which is a hassle if you are not from the area. The local multi-storey car park charges £10 a day so is not ideal for anyone staying more than 1 night. Check-in was great and we were able to find our room easily. Room was everything we needed for our stay however it was clearly not cleaned to a high standard. Dust throughout. We were also unaware that we would be staying in a room with an adjoining door to another room. This caused issues during the night due to noisy guests next door. My partner had disturbed sleep on both nights due to this and had to contact reception on the second night of our stay so that a member of staff could make the guests next door aware of their noise levels. Making the staff aware of this issue was in itself a difficult job due to no phone in the room. My partner had to locate a number to ring himself. Another issue we had was that the toiletries had not been checked in the room. My partner went for a shower only to find that the shower wash had run out. Due to their being no phone, he had to get out of the shower and go down to reception to ask for this to be rectified. The staff had no problem in rectifying all of our problems throughout the stay and they handled these professionally. Overall the stay was fit for the purpose we had but there are a few areas which the hotel could look at improving.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a perfect location to explore Beverley and its surroundings. Clean, comfortable and well priced with convenient parking. Fewer staff around, but they are always friendly and helpful. We’ll stay again 👍🏻
