Awesome experience. And thank you Bellboy Mehmet and all the others. Good room, good breakfast, and friendly people. I come back again in the future, i definitely love this piace and this hotel. Thank you.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel staff were very accommodating; especially Adem who worked at the front entry. He was so kind and helpful. Gave us recommendations and also provided us adapters for electrical phone chargers. He was fantastic! We recommend staying there for sure.

Από λάθος μας γιατί δεν μας έφτιαξαν το safehox αφήσαμε στο δωμάτιο μετρητά χρήματα .μάλλον οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος μας έκλεψαν 50 ευρώ.την άλλη μέρα αφήσαμε "ψωμάκι"δόλωμα μετρητά κ μας πήραν οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος 25 ευρώ.θα βλέπαμε με τον μάνατζερ από τις κάμερες ποιός ήταν.κρυφτηκαν όλοι μέχρι να φύγουμε.μας είπαν δεν χρειάζεται αστυνομία.οχι πια σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο με τους κλέφτες!

It is a very very small room. There is no space to go from a side to to another. No way that this room costs 139$ in Istanbul. I got sick because I can not stop the fan the night.

I had been there for 2 nights, the only thing this hotel have is location! Only if you want to be near the takeim square but I dont recommand you to be there, you can stay at sisli with the better hotels and better nightlife. This hotel has terrible breakfast, the room was dirty and the staff was rude, they come inside our room with their dirty shoes, the bathroom was awful

We were there for 2nights and we choose this hotel because of its location...but it was a great mistake..it was awful..i went to many hotels in the world and i cant say how awful was this hotel! The room was totally dirty and you hate when you open your eyes in this hotel! I asked 2times for fixing the air conditioner and when each person of this hotel came, they dont get off their shoes even when i said to them that you should get them off! Believe me that you would be crazy in each moment that you are there. The bathroom was awful!! It was smelling all the time and it doesnt be fixed! Our room was double but they gave us 2 dingle bed!!!I think if you call this place "hotel", you dont know the definition of hotel. I prefere to sleep in the street rather than being in this location again! I should say that after this nigh**are i went to another hotel that its name was Dore pera and it was amazing.dont waste your money and time to be in Nova plaza hotel

Very rude and exremely low, poor service. The staff does not speak english, really, very very basic, like good morning, good afternoon, nothing else. They do not have any bar for coffee or food. The staff is very rude in the way they speak to customers. Would not recommend it under any circumstances.

A large sum of money was stollen from our luggage in our first day. After that things started going missing in our rooms. We confronted the staff and were shown proof of things being taken from the room using the CCTV but still they kept denying that they had anything to do with it.

Worst hotel ever.. how come the breakfast is empty when we arrived at 8:00 am?? And we took 2 eggs because we have trip to run quickly the waiters told us to return it !!! We couldn't find anything to eat and when I take 2 eggs with me .. ordering me unpolitly to return it ??????!!! I'll keep writing about it forevery one
