The rooms are quite small and cramped and the bathrooms have NO amenities except toilet paper. Not even hand soap or a single hook to hang your clothes. Well, they had a hair dryer but I was kinda scared to use it as the wire looked damaged. The rooms are not very well maintained and you can see they are old and slightly falling apart. Its close to the Taksim square, but there are many hotels in the locality (Its kind of on a back alleyway so it gets dark at night and you have to take a small flight of stairs right outside the hotel to get on the main road). The staff is not rude but neither are they helpful and seem mostly untrained. They didn't have a breakfast service and I don't think they even provided water bottles. The upside was since we didn't really feel like ever being in the room, we spent all our day exploring Taksim. Also it looks nothing like the pictures.

Service going out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. Does not get you in, when they do they don't give you the key, when they do they don't activate it. All the time on the phone as 10 people wait. Dirty rooms, dirty towels, dirty sheets. Doesn't deserve a single star let alone 5... Absolutely disgusting. Stay away for your own sake. Would't come here if they payed me.

Our room smells like toilet. No cleaning ever. The staff is extremely rude and couldn't care less. No room service. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in ages . It's disgusting. Our trip is ruined because of this hotel and the very bad agency we booked it through ASJ sultanahmet travel and tourism. Wouldn't recommend anyone . Both were a scamand waste of our money!

The hotel is not well located. Its in a tricky part of town. Was assigned a room on the 5th floor. The lift goes upto 4th floor then one has to take a narrow flight of stairs to the 5th floor. The lights at the stairs work on n off. The room was dirty and dusty. The bed had been made poorly, the balcony was filthy; looks like its used as a dumping site. The fridge has never been cleaned hence stained. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was horrible experience. No running water, No air conditioner. Refrigerator was not working. Very rude staff. It was a complete fraud. They didn’t change bed clothes, no toilet paper. No soap or shampoo either. A huge no-no for this hotel.
