We stayed in the hotel for a night in late December 2023 as we had a flight to Kathmandu the next day from the nearby airport. After we arrived the hotel we were a bit amazed by how luxury the hotel is. It was not only the hardware but the service is first-class. We would also like to take this chance to praise the hotel manager Mr. Gunraj Magar who attentively offered us help after we learnt that our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Mr. Magar helped us resolve the problem and eventually managed to get us board on another flight back to Kathmandu. He is truly the reason why I would rate this hotel a 5-starred one, as his service is exceptionally brilliant.

The hotel is wonderful!! Good taste in the decoration, helpful and very friendly staff. We arrived super tired and a little sick and were very well received. Manager Gunraj Magrati Magar was spectacular, made several suggestions and even offered a type of local medicine to alleviate our symptoms. Impeccable!! I highly recommend it!! O hotel é maravilhoso!! Bom gosto na decoração, funcionários prestáveis e muito simpáticos. Chegamos super cansados e um pouco enjoados e fomos muito bem recebidos. O gerente Gunraj Magrati Magar foi espetacular, fez diversas sugestões e até ofereceu um tipo de remédio local para aliviar nossos sintomas. Impecável!! Eu recomendo!!

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast lunch,and dinner was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Four Star hotel in Bhairahawa Nepal ''Brand new hotel opened: we had a great welcome by the hotel members & had good rooms. Mr. Aashish and team served us a good indian food. Es war sehr sauber.das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders Frau Kabita. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt-Das Essen war nach der Bestellung, nach paar Minuten da. Ich habe von SPA auch gebrauch gemacht,habe mich 2 mal massieren lassen,auch da war das Personal sehr nett., werde das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Hotel fantástico. pessoal muito atencioso e profissional. O gerente Gunraj Magar, viu que nós chegámos com uma constipação e então preparou-nos um tratamento e ainda por cima recomendou uma comida. Muito Muito profisdional e bom. Além do mais traziamos um plano de visita de Lumbini programado. mas como precisamos de descansar ele tratou de termos transporte mais tarde para podermos descansar. há muito tempo que não tinha tanta atenção, nem mesmo em hoteis de 5 estrelas.
