The location was great. The service and personalised attention by the staff members and caretaker ashok and ram in particular have been better than many 5* hotels e. G. Taj bengal or itc grand chola in chennai. Strongly recommended to stay here for a very pleasant stay.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at giovanni house. The staff were supportive and always willing to help with any requests. The rooms were well-maintained, making my stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the middle of the city made it very convenient for exploring local attractions and accessing transportation. Whenever i travel to bhopal, giovanni house is my top choice for accommodation. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location makes it the perfect place to stay.

This stay is located in area colony, bhopal and is just 10 mins away from rani kamlapati railway station and all other good places are nearby only. The hotel is full of greenery with lushness around it. The management was helpful as well. However they couldn’t extend my stay till evening and we had to check out at 11:30 am as their rooms were fully occupied but the management did helped us with our luggage by keeping it safely in their storage. I then went to db city mall which is just 10-15 mins away from this place. Throughout our stay here we got some great sleep as the locality is really peaceful. Blink-it and zomato’s services available as well. They have maintained this property really well. Only they could include a hair dryer in their washroom, it will perfectly justify the prices. I would definitely recommend this property to a family or to a couple.

The location is ok. That is the best thing i can describe the place. The staff is non responsive. We got very poor service. The rooms are very old and there was a chimney in our luxurious room the most costly room of the property. They ask for a 2000 advance security deposit. Pls avoid at all cost. . The stay home is pathetic they just your money and don't want to give any service. Pls avoid at all costs
