Service and property as per tariff i am not happy and bad sheet smelling badly need to improve cleaning of rooms service also not good drinking water not provided

1.Not a professional hotel 2.In the name of free breakfast 2 breadpeice and a cup of tea 3. No slippers in the room 4. No kettle in the room 5.washrooms are not clean 6.even rooms are not well maintained. 7. Room service is very pathetic 8.No bill book

Proximity to bus stand, market, tourist place is the plus point. Rooms are small but it's neat and clean. Management were courteous.

Good staff and support. The staff helped with travel arrangements and as well provided complimentary stay as my train got cancelled. Thanks to ritesh bhai and staff members

Pro: the main receptionist shri jitubhai is the asset of the hotel. He is very attentive and cooperative. He rendered very good service to our family. The staff is also cooperative. Rooms are in good condition and we took rest with comfort. We two families visited the hotel in this week and happily stayed there. Cons: parking facility is not available in the premises of the hotel. But, adequate parking is available on the road under cctv coverage of the hotel. It was not a big issue for us. Minor repairing is required in fixtures such as the cupboard, exhaust fan lamp on the mirror. Which is necessary but not much affected our comfort. The a hotel is situated in semi crowded area of the city but easily reachable. Seight seeing details are not displayed anywhere in the hotel. Though, we were assisted by jitubhai and the staff verbally very well. Their rates for accommodation is found a little bit higher than normal.

The cleanliness was poor and room size is very small. The behaviour of staff must be improved. Need to work on housekeeping department.

The property was suggested by make my trip. It is described as a 3 star hotel which it is not in any way. Food is terrible and too much costly. (exorbitant)

No parking, rates are not worth to e paid. Service is not available. Even you will have to call multiple times for towel and blanckets.

Good stay. But room interior need to improve. Beark fast as good. Food order delivered quickly.
