Прекрасный отель - в историческом центре, все близко. В номере чайник, чай. Комфортная ванная комната. Мы были в декабре - в номере тепло.
Удалось припарковаться на соседней улице. Оплатить в паркомате сразу на сутки нельзя, утром пришел, продлил парковку.

酒店位置一流，市中心的中心，出門100米就是海邊了。服務標準化，感覺不錯，裝飾漂亮。我們一共住了5晚，一切不錯，就是床墊比較軟。對我們喜歡硬床的人有點挑戰，其餘一切好。

Disappointing experience at the boutique hotel in Biarritz. From insanely small rooms to unhelpful staff, it fell far short of expectations. Would not recommend. Adding to the disappoin**ent was the rude and unhelpful demeanor of the lady at the reception. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive and borderline mean, leaving a sour taste in an already unpleasant stay.

Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to shops and restaurants, very close to the ocean. The location is a 10/10. Front desk staff were nice.
Cons: Very noisy, was hard to get a full nights sleep in due to hearing all the noise from the people’s rooms above us. Also, cleanliness was disappointing. Old hair was found on the walls and drain in the shower and also the sheets in the bed. Very dusty. All of the bathroom towels and bedsheets smelled like mildew. At night the HVAC AC system picked up the cigarette smoke outside and our room smelled like smoke.
Based on our experience we probably wouldn’t want to stay here again for the Cons reasons, especially since we did pay a lot and there were many other hotels nearby that could suit our overall cleanliness and noise levels needs more.

Absolutely awesome hotel. Every detail thought about, practical but also beautiful, and the owners are the most welcoming kind couple. Location in the most charming area of Biarritz, and even the price is really reasonable. A hidden pearl in cote basque Biarritz.

We stayed at Palmito in June and it was lovely. Close to the beach, Les Halles. Very enjoyable

Staff very friendly and very clean. extra tea and coffee available through out the day with croissants available without charge. Leaving the hotel you turn left and you are 2 minutes from the beech and if you turn right you are in the heart of shopping heaven. Great restaurants and not to expensive. Will return 100%

We visited the restaurant for a causal dinner. We ordered food from the “El taco del Diablo” and some cocktails. The cocktails tasted like they had very little alcohol in them. The burritos were inedible. I said it to the waitress (short blonde hair with glasses) that the rice was so dry and hard it could break your teeth. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was talking to her and offered no apology - she just walked off. Awful food and terrible service - avoid!
