Great hotel and location We are only Brits here which is great Most staff speak english Lovely food and staff Irene in restaurant is the best she can't do enough for us . Hotel give you bikes for 3 hours more than enough time to explore

The hotel is directly at the sea and has a private beach area. The beach was clean and had all kind of facilities. A big pool is available at the neighbor hotel (we did not try the one at the hotel as it is only for adults). Many shops and restaurants are available in walking distance. The service at the hotel was very friendly. We had the same waiter for the whole week. The food was really good with salad buffet, 3 courses (you can choose each one out of 4 choices) and dessert. Special meal options for the children were available and the waiter was very supportive with the children's wishes. Our room and balcony were spacious although we chose a basic category. Cleaning service was good. Bikes with baby seat and stroller could be rented for free. Minor things we did not like: - the meals could only be taken indoors (we would have prefered outdoors due to covid) - forks and knifes had to be kept from one meal course to another - the kids indoor playground looked a bit outdated but still families will appreciate that there is one available

It is 4.5 not 4, just this is not an option. Minor complaint is only the house keeper, who always want to come into our room. She came while the do not disturb button was on. Other time she knocked the door, and instantly open into our room, and we have no time to react her knocks.

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno all'hotel Excelsior. Abbiamo trovato competenza e gentilezza da parte del personale. Complimenti sentiti anche per le pulizie dei locali, allo staff del ristorante e allo chef. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura fronte mare. Vista incantevole. Comoda al centro e alla spiaggia. Ottima anzi eccezionale cucina . Entree a buffet e poi 4 portate a scelta partendo dagli antipasti al dessert. Posto spiaggia con cassetta di sicurezza chiusa mediante dispositivo a impulso inserito in bracciale waterproof. Personale sia alla reception che in sala al top. Posto macchina all'interno .

Ottima vacanza con massima attenzione a tutte le esigenze del cliente. Hotel in bellissima posizione fronte mare. Garantiti tranquillità e servizi. Super menzione al servizio cucina con gustose ricette, quest'anno arricchite con piatti tradizionali italiani. Un grazie particolare alla maitre Meri e a Giulia per la lo super professionalità. Gradita l'area relax ed il servizio bar. Cortesia e professionalità in reception sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Un hotel dove ci si sente in famiglia grazie anche ai tanti sorrisi. Super consigliato per una serena e piacevole vacanza in famiglia.
