Sands Dream Tourism Camp

The fantastic location, delicious food, and excellent staff. There was a different type of food . We did dune bashing with 4/4 car. The driver was very helpful and experienced about desert drive. And room was very large. Bed was comfortable. We did different types of activity. Highly recommended.

Mooie kleinschalige locatie in de woestijn. Op verzoek wordt je door een chauffeur met een SUV bij het tankstation in het dorp opgepikt zodat je zelf niet de woestijn hoeft in te rijden. Dune bashing is bij deze transfer inbegrepen.Overnachting in tent met tapijten op de vloer en een groot bed. In een klein tentje achter de slaaptent bevindt zich een toilet met douche. De ontvangst in het tentenkamp is hartelijk. De maaltijd voor de gasten wordt ter plekke bereid en is in buffetvorm. Kwaliteit is goed. Na het eten wordt speciaal voor de gasten een kampvuurtje gemaakt. Na het ontbijt ‘s morgens staat de auto met chauffeur weer klaar om je terug naar het dorp te brengen. Heel bijzonder dat er elektriciteit in de tent aanwezig is en stromend water in de toilet/ douchetent. Er is geen WIFI maar door een zendmast vlakbij had ik op sommige plekken wel een 4G dataverbinding met mijn telefoon.

Campo tendato sulle dune, da cui si gode di un'ottima visuale. La tenda è molto spaziosa, dotata di bagno privato esterno, unica pecca la doccia è sempre fredda. Possibilità di organizzare vari tour in accordo con il proprietario, la cui gentilezza e disponibilità meritano 5 stelle.

Struttura composta da sole tende e direi meno male! Vivere l'esperienza nel deserto all'interno di strutture in cemento non sarebbe stato emozionante come lo è stato soggiornare qui. Tende ampie e confortevoli, dotate di "tenda bagno". La zona comune è molto accogliente ed è piacevole passare del tempo lì anche solo a non far nulla. Il titolare della struttura è una persona gentilissima e ha fatto di tutto per farci stare a nostro agio. Cibo buono ed abbondante. Abbiamo fatto una escursione nel deserto con la Jeep ed è stata molto interessante: abbiamo visitato un tenda di beduini che ci ha offerto il caffè ed i datteri, abbiamo visto un allevamento di cammelli ed approfittato della gentilezza del "pastore" che ci ha fatto assaggiare anche il latte di Cammello appena munto....tutto fantastico insomma. Ovviamente per chi è abituato agli agi di tutti i giorni non andrà giù trovarsi, ad esempio, un po' di sabbia sulle lenzuola portata dal vento (come è successo a noi), però per chi vuole vivere la vera esperienza del deserto lo consigliamo.
