The check in was smooth, although there was only one representative for the front desk so she had to juggle us and the phones but she was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us a great recommendation for eating which was Oakside, the room was clean, we stayed for 3 nights and the amenities were provided as needed without any issues. It was a great stay and we look forward to staying here again!

大熊湖的酒店貌似都很老舊，入住原本期望值也不高。還可以吧。服務還行 人很友善

Location is great and that’s really the only reason we stayed there.
They provide coffee, service and water, but both were always empty. Each time at check out and check in line was at least 4 to 6 people deep. And staff apologize but said they were new and training. Also told us no other staff was coming in for hours.
Wasn’t as clean and bedding was of very poor quality. Definitely not resort status.

We loved the fireplace in the room! The bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was very nice.

This is a great hotel at the enterance of the village. It is very clean and facilities are in good condition. The room and beds were clean, however the bottles of soaps and tissues needed refills.
