Some door you pull up to open, not down. Very confusing. Water takes forever to get hot. Room window view is to a wall outside...no view. Restaurants are excellent...Ruth Chris and Sugar Factory were awesome. Uber spots great, parking great. Rooms are perfect size. Front desk staff not enough to accommodate in our patrons, had to wait in line for a while to check in.

I was told I was going to get a room with a view, I paid for a room with a view and my view was of a roof top. That ******!!!!

The flimsy excuse for a door to the bathroom, got stuck with me on the other side of it hubby about hurt his self trying to get me out. The bed was so uncomfortable hubby had to sleep in a chair. nothing exceptional for sure and had I paid full price I would be pissed.

Never cleaned our room or brought clean towels. No place near beds to plug in CPAP machines. I will never stay there again.

Front desk not very welcoming. Talked to fast and no information on hotel accomodations,parking and food accomodations ect.

The shower was barely usable. Zero water pressure like a dribble. Took 20 minutes to wash my hair and it's lukewarm. Shower head was old and crusty, room gave the parking lot. The thinnest blankets on the bed in january. Hotel is non smoking and i woke up to cigarette smell.
