Was expecting abit more from Marriott owned hotels. My room had a mould smell, missing hair dryer, no complimentary shaver and the water pressure was inconsistent. Activites were operated by third party so have to make booking through treasure bay. Other than that it’s a pretty average hotel as compared to others I’ve stayed.

This place is great for families who want to chill and enjoy a relaxing holiday just staying within the resort grounds. There is plenty to do at treasure Bay and there is even a massage salon at affordable prices at treasure Bay. Even our young kids got foot massages and enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and accommodated our family of five. Bed is also very big and comfy. Only thing is there is only 1 restaurant there so we ate all our meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) there throughout our stay of 4d3n. Good thing is there is a good menu variety and diff cuisines so everyone always had something to eat. Kids meals are good too. Think weekends there is live band playing so very chill and relaxing.

Recently stayed at Natra Bintan and it was an absolute delight! The serene surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made it a truly memorable experience. It was a wonderful relaxing place to stay at. There's only 1 restaurant though but they provide free shuttle to bring you into town if you ever get bored.
