Not in good condition but hotel seems to not care about that. Tub was peeling and in poor shape. I didnt even dare use it. The price is way too much for the shape of the room.

I got there about 1:00. The girl wasn’t sure if my room was ready and then said that early check in was $10.00 additional. I thought it was cheating that you would charge $10.00 for a room that wasn’t ready. I left and came back later.

Comfortable bed, clean room; everything we needed for a single night stay. Walls were a little bit thin, as we could hear our neighboring rooms.

Some updates, front desk friendly. Side doors to go outside are never locked. Flimsy locks on hotel room doors, our recliner in suit was completely destroyed and they didn’t seem to care they we could not use it.we paid the extra for the suit due to it having a recliner because of my bad back. Was kept up until 1am with little kids jumping off their beds and running around in their room above us called front desk didn’t seem to help. We were woken up at 6:13 am to the kids in room upstairs jumping around again. I don’t think they slept! Complained to front desk and they didn’t seem to care. Almost wondered if those people were living there. They are pet friendly which was fantastic and our room was very big.

Staff was wonderful and so was the price. There were a few hairs in our bedsheets. The curtains didn't block out the streetlight unfortunately.
Breakfast could use some more hot options and the coffee wasn't good.

The staff member that checked us in wonderfully nice! Super convenient spot for us to stay with going to birch run and Frankenmuth. We will stay again!

Every thing was good except the hot tub. I have a bad back and look forward to sitting in a hot tub and I never book with out one, very disappointed.
