This place was great...they moved us to a new room bigger room because ours wasn't ready at no extra cost and we were actually checking in early and didn't charge for that either...lovely staff clean rooms and awesome breakfast...at check in they even give complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies and the were amazing...nice touch💜

I booked a king suite and I got to the hotel and they told they only had 2 suites and one was under maintenance and the other one was booked. The front desk clerk told that they should have told me that when I booked or shouldn’t have let me book the room. Also the room didn’t have hot water for hours my first night. And the air in my room wasn’t working. It was my worst hotel experience

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. I liked that there was a bar with full service kitchen.
For the most part, it was quiet, except for our last day, there was a lot of banging in the morning.

There was plumbing issues. The bathroom sick spewed old sewer residue and the water slowly drained out along with the faucet leaking.

The television was not working and the toilet did not flush. Thank goodness we were only there for a few hours to sleep!

The hotel charged my card Three times and had to call was told charges would come off still not off now being told to be patient I?have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money refunded just ridiculous rooms were clean put have a weird odor
Dirty sheets and garbage were in the hallway when we checked in and still there when we checked out
