This dump is a rip off. Cost me £85 for a single room which was a garrett. The lift wasn’t working and l had to carry my suitcase up several flights of stairs. If you have any sense do not stay there !!!! It was by far the worst hotel l have ever stayed in.

Voted the worst, YES, WORST hotel chain for 8 years in a row! Stay at your peril! Cheap is always foe a reason! There are a lot of hotels in London- go elsewhere, I implore you 🙏 Do your research, don’t ignore the warning signs or airbrushed photos!

COMPLETE RUBBISH HOTEL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN POORER ROOMS DO NOT USE. VERY CHEAP ROOMS, VERY DIRTY UNCLEANED ROOMS WHEN I VISITED, THE COCKROACHES WERE MOVING OUT! STICKY CARPETS, UNCLEAN LINIEN DIRTY BATHROOMS

Stayed here 1 night and was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews was expecting awful place. Yes outside is off putting but once inside ok the staff were very helpful , pleasant. We had a meal & food was lovely apart from vegs being a bit hard. Breakfast good and a good selection. Room Was ok & large. Bed comfortable. Tea & coffee available a nice stay would go again.

I made a booking in October 2021 for July 2022 , I received a Emil confirmation and was excited to take my wife away for our Anniversary. Today I have been told even tho I had a confirmation that the rooms are not available. This is a awning to anyone NOT to stay at a place that lets you down and are so unreliable

Stayed in hundreds of hotels for work (mainly) but pleasure too. This is the worst hotel ever. The only time in the UK I have felt physically at risk and slept with a chair against the door handle. Staff know it too and have given up. Reminded me of a 1970s job centre.

Booked hotel 6months ago at a decent price due to commonwealth games Without contacting us they just cancelled our booking with no reason I only found out by checking my account on the booking site They had all our details so no excuse there Obviously an appalling company with no regard for anyone or thing We travel a reasonable amount NEVER will we go near them

I booked here for a night in July 6 months ago , they have now sent a message to say the booking is cancelled as the hotel is overbooked . I booked early for this specific date , atrocious customer service not even replying to my messages. Very disappointed not what you expect when you’ve booked in plenty of time

Had booked a room more rhan 6months in advance for the cricket finals day on Jul 16th . Hotel messaged in June to say hotel was not open so could not fulfill the booking. Strange as it still advertising rooms online. Net impact is I have to find alternative at short notice and as expected prices have risen due to demand for that day.
