Stayed here for Pride. Great hotel, location and perfect for my stay!

It wasn't our first visit to a hotel from a Malmaison chain and safe to say the experience didn't disappoint. The hotel is positioned very centrally and everything you need is at most 10 minutes walk away. Unlike other Malmaison hotels we have visited this one also offers spa and gym facilities which are open for the hotel guests and although we haven't had a chance to make use of them they did look nice and we will make sure to book a much longer stay to enjoy these facilities in the future.
Breakfast as always didn't disappoint and is highly recommended. Same goes to the bar area which is very nicely design allowing the guests to enjoy a nice drink in the evening.

一人一張大床，很舒適，酒店服務態度也很好。和朋友們在酒店打牌喝酒，體驗很好。酒店提供一次性拖鞋牙刷牙膏。

Really like this Malmaison and have stayed several times when in Birmingham for work. Good location in the Mailbox with convenient parking and in walking distance to the city centre.
Only slight negative would be that some of the gym equipment could do with an upgrade. Otherwise all great- breakfasts are also a cut above the competition and the bar area has a good atmosphere

Lovely stay - a little slow to check in at peak time as there was only one member of staff on the desk with no-one else to help him. Took over 20 minutes.

Malmaison is our go to hotel when staying in Birmingham, with its central location and away from any town noise. Fridays checking in only took 1 minute, it was if they knew who we was upon walking through the doors, which was lovely to get our room key and time to settle in, we only stayed in a "standard" room which has so much space with great facilities. We had the hairdryer go bang on us and within 5 mins of letting reception know, it was swapped out. so you cannot fault the service that the hotel offers, being our 4th stay in the last 6 months we will be back again soon enough for the next event in Birmingham

We upgraded to a Club room but the lounger chairs had stains all over them.
I used to love it when Mal had the snacks and the wine to choose from in the room and it felt like a real treat.
Our room was big but it felt grey and empty.
