We got billys room 412 and we had a good investigation. Got 2 good EVPs and had some good interaction with the flashlight theory.

Way over hyped. Under staffed with poor management. Room wasn’t ready until 7:30 pm to check into. Had metal nut in good from the restaurant.

Staff was great! We explored Bisbee so there was no need for internet or tv. Everything I expected from an old hotel. Definitely will be staying again.

Always a pleasure to stay at the copper queen. Rooms are tidy and harken back to another time. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. A nice place to lose yourself for a few days in Bisbee.

The property is conveniently located and the area is super cute. It’s just a very old building with really no updates.

The t.v. does not work, the internet is very sketchy and Scarce.
The bed is the worst we can not sleep in it, it caves in, in the middle, we felt like it was a bed from the 1800's still in use.
Very disappointing just a miserable stay at the Copper Queen

Stayed for one night to explore Bisbee with the folks who were visiting from the East Coast. Never been to Bisbee before so we thought we would explore. Tyler at the front desk has superb customer service skills and went above and beyond to help us with a few issues. Betty at the bar was working hard and it was appreciated.
As for the hotel and restaurant, there are so many things that are being done wrong, but we understand the history and preservation of the old hotel and town.
Hopefully the $200 a night cost is going towards renovation and restoration to make this hotel live up to its potential.
We knew what we were getting after reading previous reviews, so we kept our expectations realistic and were not terribly disappointed.

I paid $320.00 a night for a dump. Rooms on the Internet look nothing like what I stayed in. Hotel had signs up saying that they’re remodeling, but I couldn’t find anywhere that looked like that they had even started remodeling.
Only thing that was nice was the linens and towels. Bed was old and like sleeping on springs.

Not sure what is going on here. Between the one-hour wait to check in while they fixed the printer and seeing the staff argue and talk poorly about each other, it was an odd experience. Not paranormal just NOT normal. Halls, stairs, and carpets were dirty. Room was freezing cold.
