I had an active holiday (mountain bike) in the Rhön Mountains and, Mut Haus was my base. I do find Mut Haus spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, - served by the friendly and helpful family running the guest house. My room had a terrace with a view (which I enjoyed a lot) to the meadow (birds of prey circling) and to the surrounding hills.

Aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise haben meine Kollegen und ich mehrere Tage im April 2022 im Mut.Haus verbracht. Leider war dies ein sehr unangenehmer Trip für alle Beteiligten. Dies ist größtenteils darauf zurückzuführen, dass man sich durch den Umgangston des Gastgebers nicht willkommen gefühlt hat und kaum auf Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen wurde. Fragen nach der Möglichkeit eines früheren Frühstücks und den Notausgängen des Hauses wurden direkt als Beschwerde und Kritik empfunden und mit der Aufforderung, man könne auch “woanders schlafen und frühstücken” kommentiert. Nach diesem unangenehmen Vorfall fühlte man sich zudem sehr beobachtet und aufgelauert durch den Gastgeber. Abgerundet wurde der Aufenthalt durch die mutwillige und falsche Unterstellung Hoteleigentum entwendet zu haben. Zusammenfassend ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt im Mut.Haus.
