Mieliśmy przyjemność odwiedzić 2 razy restaurację i za każdym razem się nie zawiedliśmy. Smaczne jedzenie, dobre ceny, świetna lokalizacja, część stolików usytuowana na plaży. No i przede wszystkim przemiła obsługa. Polecamy gorąco!

Manuela Hotel is a hidden gem !! Location is amazing directly on the seafront, literally metres from the beach. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. What really makes the Manuela Hotel extra special are the staff everyone does everything they can to help and make you have wonderful holiday. All are approachable from the hotel staff to the owner who is happy to sit and chat with customers. Breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast with the additional option of omlette or fried egg. Location for the centre of Bitez is 10 mins away and a pleasant walk along the seafront. I would recommend the Manuela for a good value chlled holiday with the backdrop of Cuban sounds and the sea.

We visited the Manuela for 3 weeks in June, rooms are adequate, beds comfortable, room serviced daily, rooms include a safe and air conditioning. Staff very helpful, entertainment nightly, not the best but free. Breakfast ok, half board meal very poor, however we we're offered to eat off the menu which was very acceptable. Hotel is on the beach with good sun beds and service. All in all was a great holiday, however due to it only offering half board the holiday became expensive due to high prices in Bitez. Well worth a visit for couples not families.

Location is great and staff are brilliant - shout out to Argie who practically covers all aspects of customer service. Hotel not so much. Tired mismatched patio and beach furniture. Rooms small but functional, balcony tiny and unusable for sitting out ( you end up knee to knee with your partner). Cleaning was a hit or a miss. There were no mattress/pillow protectors on the bedding which I thought was extremely unhygienic. Wifi is terrible and only available at certain spots around the hotel. Buffet items aren't labelled which is a concern if you follow a certain diet or have allergies- sometimes the staff didn't know what was on offer for evening buffet. Other British guests passed comment on the rave reviews versus their actual experience.

The Manuela Hotel is a great place to stay. My friend and I were there for 5 weeks from 16 May to 19 June and, as always, were made to feel like part of the family. The room we had was great and the cleaners always did a great job of cleaning and tidying, with towels changed whenever needed and beds changed once a week. There is a great choice of food in the a la carte restaurant and the waiters are all very professional and friendly. The service was fantastic. There is entertainment every night and the atmosphere is great. Heading back in September for another 5 weeks.

Just home from this fantastic hotel. Stayed for 5 weeks. This was a return visit have stayed in Manuela many times. Room was large and airy and very up to date. Excellent hairdryer provided lovely clean bedding and towels. Down to an excellent breakfast every morning the took my coffee to my sunbed on the beach. Great entertainment on the evening and very attentive staff all day long. Nothing is any trouble. Feel like l have come home to family every time l visit and the fact that the majority of waiters have been there for many years speaks volumes to me about the owner Oktay and his caring nature. Returning again in September for another 5 weeks. Can’t say enough about this wonderful hotel and already counting down to my return

What can I say nothing negative room was clean and tidy we stayed bed an breakfast The staff where all very helpful although Cuban music was not our thing it sounded very good entertainment each evening not just loud music if you like football big screen entertainment was also provided would happily return

We returned to the Manuela where we’ve stayed several times. The location is perfect. Most importantly everything there is great. It’s so friendly, everyone makes sure that the holiday is enjoyable. The rooms are fairly small but very clean and comfortable. We’re returning again later this year.

Had a wonderful stay in Manuela Hotel . First time going solo and I couldn’t have been made more welcome. The staff were wonderful especially the waiter in the head waiter in the restaurant whose nickname was M. Breakfast was delicious as was all good in the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay, loved the music and atmosphere there. Will definitely be back
