Hotel parking is ridicules, however there us ample parking right next to hotel £14.00 for 24 hours. Reception area was clean and tidy and check in was fast and straightforward. Rooms clean and they come with a fan which was fantastic. Beds were ok. Location was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

I was truly disappointed with the hotels services E.g The WiFi was not working in the bedrooms and only in the lobby.The receptionist were not that polite.My daughter who is deaf was told when she complained about the WiFi and she was told that it’s not the hotels responsibility for the WiFi.

預約了兩大一小，到後講無房給我，只有雙人房，我答我就係book雙人房，她們話雙人房不能有小朋友，叫我同Trip.com退錢。我話但trip.com顯示得我先book,甘我而家加錢book多間她又答無房，最後我理論左好耐就安排雙人房加叠床給我，希望trip.com了解清楚此酒店能入住人數，以免有下一個受害者。

What a fabulous hotel right beside the sea next to sandcastle waterpark free parking for disabled guests on site friendly reception good restaurant selling food drinks and breakfast plus information leaflets and vending machine my room was no 1 ground floor spacious room double bed 2 chairs desk tea coffee facilities and TV plus rail and storage for clothes and shoes radiator in room nice bright room bathroom spacious walk in shower toilet sink with rails and fresh white towels plus view of pleasure Beach from windows Will definitely be back cheap and cheerful

Stayed easter bank holidays for two nights. Room was spotless and the staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was very busy but nothing was too much trouble

Stayed over Easter holidays really good value for money. Room was clean and had everything you could need food was really well presented and great value at £14 for two courses. Breakfast was busy as only limited space and high demand but food plentiful and regularly topped up

Firstly the hotel is right out side the pleasure beach which is nice had a great view and is in the quieter end of Blackpool which is nice for sleeping. The staff was professional but not very friendly unlike on other visits there was member of staff that was very helpful and he was on a young male on at night . Car parking is an issue but we managed to park off site . The hotel was mainly clean and tidy but found a nasty in the toilet which had obviously been missed by cleaning team . Our other room was perfect thou . Breakfast wasn’t very hot thou it is buffet style Lovely apple juice and hot drinks thou . Would definitely recommend as only had small issues
