Visited in November so as we had never before been to Blackpool that late in the year did not know what to expect but we are so glad we did . We stayed at the park villa on palentine road after reading the good reviews and again am glad we did . If you want to stay in a nice cosy family friendly atmosphere then stay here . Paul and Lyn ( the owners ,) are the best hosts and definitely the nicest and most genuine people we have ever met . Thankyou Andy and Julie Ps going to miss the breakfasts

Great hotel Lyn is the perfect host ticks all the boxes. Its a stort walk to the tower area nice and quiet around the hotel. Always a warm welcome you are really made to feel at home. Highly recommended 👌

Great clean hotel with friendly owners , nothing was too much trouble , felt like home from home , the beds are so comfortable best nights sleep I’ve had in a while , breakfast jut the spot ?would highly recommend and definitely use again when in Blackpool

Arrived friday teatime and was met by Lyn,Lyn was very friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed and also showed us where she would be if we needed any assistance with anything. Breakfast was also plentiful also asking if there was anything else required.

Cannot fault the place from the minute you check out to the minute you leave Lyn can't do enough for you. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast is beautiful. A great location . Home from home is how I would describe it . First visit definitely won't be the last

Cant fault Lyn she cant do enough for you, it friendly, very cosy, breakfast is 100%, choose from a cook breakfast, cearel and toast, you get tea or coffee along with orange juice. The bed are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The best b&b we have been to.
