Wonderful stay - lovely friendly small hotel, great hosts so welcoming, very comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location a minute from the prom and trams but set back from the hustle. Lovely breakfasts (inc veggie) and parking too. Stayed with my elderly parents and it was perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous gem of a guest house, private parking, short walk to tram and buses, stayed in downstairs room, lovely size with big window very clean and warm. Lorraine & Bryan couldn't have been more welcoming, perfect breakfast with a good choice, all fresh & tasty, looking forward to visiting again.!!!!

We came with a man we support. And The Beechcliffe couldn't have been any better. Excellent hosts, excellent accommodation, stellar breakfast!! Nothing is too much trouble. 10/10 would recommend!! Close to all amenities. Super fresh and clean. Loved it here ill be back xxx

Another great stay with Lorraine and Brian . Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast. Both make us feel so welcome and the breakfast is excellent great produce and cooked to perfection . Wouldn’t like to go anywhere else for a Blackpool break

Excellent guest house run by Brian and Lorraine. Fantastic owners from the moment we arrived until our last day. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly prepared, quality of produce 100%. Both thank you for an excellent stay made our short break. I will be returning in 2023

Been staying here now for about 4 yrs. Lorraine & Bryan are amazing hosts,and more like family now.The rooms are well decorated and very comfortable,Bryans breakfasts are to die for,freshly cooked to your liking.The bonus is they have off street parking aswell.Would highly recommend this amazing hotel.Looking forward to our next holiday in Blackpool.Thank you Lorraine and Bryan.

Just got back from another lovely week staying at the Beechcliffe Hotel. This was our third year running staying at this perfect little place and once again we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, Lorraine and Bryan who are friendly and eager to ensure that your stay is a comfortable one. We prefer the later 9:30 breakfast time and the breakfasts are amazing, good quality, piping hot food and with a good choice of cereals and plenty of toast, tea and orange juice. The room is a good size- very clean and the bed comfortable with a good sized TV and a efficient shower. And we love the guaranteed parking place on the hotel forecourt - it makes our holiday so much more enjoyable when we never have to worry where to park. Also - near to Bispham, where we love to go to enjoy the great range of restaurants.

This was my 3rd stay at the Beechcliffe. I chose an 8.30am breakfast which was a full English,piping hot and delicious with toast. There's cereals,orange juice etc to start but I knew from before that I only had room for the cooked breakfast. I have stayed in 3 different single rooms and all were spotlessly clean, comfortable,an easy to operate shower and plenty of tea and coffee. The bonus is onsite parking, a bus to Fleetwood and St Anne's also the tram just 1 minutes walk away and 5 minutes walk from the start/end of the Illuminations. Lorraine and Bryan, you are the best.Thank you.

Another great stay at the Beechcliffe. Lorraine and Brian are an absolute delight as hosts nothing is too much trouble for them . Breakfast beautiful. Room always spotless. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and that is true . Very genuine hosts
