Not very clean room service didn't once bring there daily milk sugar teabags coffee etc

cleanliness outside the Hotel look like it had never been clean for weeks with rubbish and cigarette ends from the carpark to the entrance. Loose slabs that could cause an accident.
and during our stay the outside had never been cleaned up. Breakfast was not good ad the sausages tasted horribly. Guest had to get their towels and there compliment tea and coffee from reception which should have been in their room on arrival using covid 19 as an excuse does not work for me.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was nice. The room was a bit disappointing. There were long black hairs and a dead spider in the bath. There was a panel in the bath side that rattled when windy and the light kept flashing. The beds were there was flakes of paint on one bed and all over the floor and only one towel for two people.
The breakfast was tasty but the orange juice had been watered down. The leisure centre was lovely. Spent an enjoyable afternoon swimming, sauna and jacuzzi. Didn't use the gym but looked good. There was plenty to do through the hotel including a cinema entertainment.

A Horrendous experience. The 40 minute check-in was completely unacceptable alongside the staff not acknowledging the issues and upset that this was causing. This is obviously something they must be used to and therefore offered no apologies, just excuses. Paper thin walls and constant creaking from room above creating a sensory overload meaning we left at 9pm and drove one and a half hours home.
