因為朋友住假日，在希爾頓定了兩天，轉到假日。兒子入學第一年，學校包了酒店作為宿舍。因為沒有廚房，在疫情第一年吃了不少苦口。
雙人房間很大，但是早餐比希爾頓還差。

Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was average. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was fine but my daughter slept on the sofa bed and when I went to front desk to get a pillow for her the front desk girl said she had no pillows and I said there is nowhere you can find her a pillow and she shrugged her shoulders and said we are sold out. I went to my room and at that time I was still showing hotel availability.

TV didnt work and they couldnt fix it during the stay.
Another guest was given my same room #, luckily the other guest was unable to enter my room.
Otherwise, clean property and friendly staff.

Fully understand that it is Christmas and some things may not occur/be possible, such as room cleaning, but it would have been most appreciated if we could have been informed upon check-in. Other than that, I appreciate the kindness and am grateful to the staff for making the stay a pleasant one!

Perfectly fine option in Blacksburg at an affordable price versus some other hotels that are marginally closer to the University. The HI Express staff is great, very friendly and accommodating. We'll stay here again.
