If you ever happen to be in Blagoevgrad you should definitely visit Monte Cristo hotel. I've experienced the best holiday ever. The staff is very helpful, nice and friendly people. Emilia in the front desk at the reception is absolutely amazing. The facilities are the best, there is a pool and thermal spa, everything was Great..the room, the view, the location of the hotel...the mall is near. I want to thank everyone who made this holiday exceptional. My regards to Mr Cristo we thank you for everything.

Spa wasn't working, only pull and one sauna of the three. We were fully charged, and there was a mouse in the shower! The place was not clean, we didn't get robes only towels, and it was hard to get an extra one when one was too wet. The place was not clean, poor value for your money, keep away!

Nice location clean facilities very polite staff, especially a guy named Malin in the front desk who speaks also greek.i think the price is a bit high for the amenities and for the season. I recommend it for a short visit in the city!!!!!……………
