The hotel is conveniently placed being served by a frequent tram service and across the road from a wide, clean beach. The studio rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

Rooms were spacious, Clean and warm .
Breakfast was very nice, good coffee and orange juice, lot of choice eg. eggs, sliced meats and cheeses . Breads
And pastries, cereal, fresh fruit
Etc.
only disappointment
No tea making facilities in the room. Although a Kettle was available if you ask.

Ik denk dat er rusthuizen zijn die pak gezelliger en moderner zijn aangekleed. Faciliteiten en kamers zijn te verouderd. Sliepen in familiekamer 3de verdieping. Hier was continu vervelend lawaai van ventilatiesysteem of dergelijke te horen van op of net onder het dak, maar dan ook echt luid… Ruime kamer wel met 2 aparte slaapgedeeltes. Dit hotel zou de prijzen moeten hebben van een budgethotel. Hygiëne maar zus en zo. Bij aankomst direct velux opengezet door muffe geur van tapijtvloer. Deze laatste was ook niet proper, ik had al spijt van een bed verschoven te hebben! Deur is niet met badge, maar met sleutel en ging stroef open. Plafonds en muren afgeleefd. Badkamer iets moderner en wel proper maar kwam bijna geen straal uit douchekop. Buffet avondmaal is geen aanrader: Weinig keuze, niet kindvriendelijk, smaakloos. Ontbijt basic maar ok. Hotel is geschikt voor grotere reisgroepen, vooral jongeren die ook aanwezig waren, maar dus niet om als gezin tot rust te komen.

Très sale à l'arrivée (cheveux, poussières...) n'ont pas voulu changer la chambre, on donné un bon à valoir sans date donc valable tout le temps et n'ont pas voulu le valider, pas honnêtes, raccrochent au nez au téléphone, pour un hôtel pareil, c'est honteux

Personne a l’accueil pour donner la clef de la chambre
Obligé d’appeler à l’interphone pour entendre une bande enregistrée en flamand
Plus de trente minutes d’attente pour voir une personne arriver ( personne polie et aimable)
Petit déjeuner pas avant 8 h
Période creuse pour l’hôtel mais pour les clients qui travaillent pas trop adapté

Tout est plus que basique... Pas très propre et assez désordonné lors de notre séjour en avril 2022, aucune "chaleur" ds ce bâtiment, tt est froid, la déco, les meubles... Mais le prix est relatif... Donc mauvais choix de notre part... Une fois pas deux...

Séjour en famille mitigé. L hôtel est bien situé proche de la plage et le studio familial reste spacieux. L'appartement est un peu vieillot et peu lumineux. A notre arrivée le ménage n était pas fait .dans la cuisine . Traces de feutre dentifrice et café sur les murs . Après l avoir signalé à l accueil , le manager nous à confirmé qu une équipe de ménage passerai nettoyer. En fin de journée l équipe n est pas passé. Nous sommes très déçus .
