Beautiful hotel, friendly service. Would love to return in the summer for some hiking, the hotel has great access to the Devil's Wall.

Great location, beautiful and personal hotel, clean, nice people, great breakfast. Hikingtrail starts right at the hotel. Highly recommended, if we ever go back to the Harz, we'll probably book a room again.

Super Lage: etwas erhöht über Blankenburg, daher ruhig, dennoch zentrale Punkte wie z.B. das Schloss, die Barocken Gärten oder die Teufelsmauer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten die kleinste Zimmerkategorie (Standardzimmer), dennoch ausreichende Größe und gemütlich. Phantastisches Frühstück: wahrscheinlich als Corona-Überbleibsel kein Buffet, sondern Rundum-Bedienung (Käse-Wurst-Platte, diverser Süßkram, Eierspeisen, Getränke, Obst, Joghurt ... alles da und mehr als genug. Abendessen war möglich: kleine, feine Karte (sowohl Speisen als auch Getränke, z. B. Weine). Stets freundliches und rühriges Personal auch bei Doppelfunktion von z.B. Rezeption und Barkeeper oder morgens Koch und Bedienung.

Wir sind über Pfingsten hier gewiesen und begeistert gewesen! Die Zimmer sind sehr passend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen schmeckt großartig. Das Frühstück wird einem an den Tisch serviert - sehr elegante Lösung, gefallt mir besser als Buffet - und hat jeden Tag einen neuen Touch. Einfach ein tolles Hotel. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We hebben vier nachten verbleven in dit schitterende hotel. Een zeer ruime kamer met in de erker een gezellig zitje. Vanuit die erker heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het slot , het stadje en de omringende heuvels. Achter het hotel kun je direct een wandeling maken. Wel bergschoenen aantrekken. De uitermate vriendelijke dames zorgen dat je je er thuis voelt. Tip: de opgang naar het hotel is een smal steil oplopend weggetje dat je het beste kan inrijden van de stadszijde. Anders kun je beter even doorrijden en bij de rotonde draaien.
