This place is beautiful! Donatella was so helpful and a wonderful hostess the entire stay. Como has very narrow streets and this place is not wheelchair accessible but everything else - the location, views, breakfast, attentive hostess - all of it was incredible!

Excellent, thoughtful and generous host whose family has lived in the area for multiple generations. The entire property and grounds have been beautifully reimagined and maintained, with fully modern updates. Close enough to Como and Bellagio, and the newest resorts in next door Torno (The Mandarin and Il Sereno) with five star Michelin level dining and five star amenities). I’ll be back and will plan some events here too.

Our four-night stay at Villa Costanza was fabulous. I am already missing Donatella's breakfast spread (she could be a pastry chef at a five-star restaurant). Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The views lovely. Donatella is so warm and welcoming. She is helpful in every way, including making dinner reservations and suggesting tours and hikes. We highly recommend Villa Constanza!

Warning...do not stay at Villa Costanza. The description on the website for this villa is very misleading. The location is isolating. You cannot safely walk to shops or restaurants. The villa is at the top of a steep hill and the grounds -- stairs and pathways to get to and from the villa from the street, are very dangerous. Broken steps. Slick conditions. Poor lighting at night. See photos. And there are no sidewalks. When I raised concerns about walking the stairs and pathways and falling (I’m 59 years old), especially at night, the host walked away from me. She refused to hear my concerns. She was very rude and unaccommodating. Furthermore, the host lied to the booking agency I used about my stay by marking me as a no-show.

This is a beautiful villa in Blevio! The host and her family are so warm and welcoming. From the breathtaking views, to fresh breakfast and baked goods during apertivo hour, the stay was absolutely magical. They also help you make reservations and provide suggestions if you are looking for things to do or places to eat. We had the room with a private terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake. I will definitely come back and stay here!!

Donatella and her daughter Franceska made us feel welcome on our srrival and thoughout our stay. We got great tips for the day to come at each breakfast. Franceska showed us exactly how to walk to Momi, for our Friday dinner, where google maps would have taken us on a hike. Donatella gave us excellent tips for lunches even before our arrival and organized transportation to and from our Saturday dinner.
The room was spacious with a small hallway and big bathroom. The bedroom had great views over Lago di Como.

I would highly recommend Villa Costanza to anyone. The place is so beautiful with spacious rooms, beautiful views, a large balcony connected to our room, and the staff make it more than a 5* stay. Donatella and Francesca who run the villa feel like family and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Today we woke up to fresh baked focaccia bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, the best granola I have ever had, and a variety of pastries, sweet cakes, meats, eggs, cheese and yogurts. If we ever come back as a family again to Como we would without a doubt stay there again. There is a restaurant within walking distance (recommend by Francesca) called Momi which was also the best food we had in Italy.

We had a really wonderful stay here. A beautiful villa with stunning views of lake como. Very relaxing. The room was delightful, private balcony overlooking the lake. Good walking from the villa if that’s your thing. Good restaurants nearby. Donatella is such a brilliant and welcoming host. We would definitely recommend.
