It was GREAT !! Thank you very much to Anton for being a great and helpful host. Service was excellent and the room was very neat and clean. I will stay there again and recommend to family and friends any time. The price is GREAT and it is really value for money !! I also appreciated the secure parking seeing that I had equipment on my vehicle's roof. Being Pet friendly was another huge PLUS for us !! Thank you again Anton !! Regards Riaan

It was worth every cent I spend. I appreciate the service that was offered to my family. I won't mind going back there again. The rooms were clean, the bedding smelled fresh even the swimming pool was clean.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Anton who is friendly and we immediately felt at home. We would recommend Cottonwood to everyone who looking for an affordable, friendly and overall excellent guesthouse. Thank you so much for the best hospitality and received. We had a great time and will definitely be back on our next trip up.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were travelling to Cape Town to Durban and the host was understanding about our check-in and check-out times. The room was clean and the place was quiet. The guesthouse is also close to various restaurants and a shopping centre which was nice. I would recommend Cottonwood Guesthouse to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bloemfontein :)

Great service from start to finish. Everything you might need and more. Lovely King size bed. Spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice little private garden to accommodate our doggy. Would love to te-visit.

This guesthouse is perfectly located for those wanting to access the N1 route. The owner was friendly and the room was comfortable and had a lovely private garden for my doggie. The guesthouse is situated in a lovely area and is close to restuarants.

This was my first time sleeping in Bloemfontein and I will genuinely commend the establishment for taking good care of us. Beautiful place, very intimate. Little cracks here and there, they can improve (I'm sure they fixed the minor issue) however I'm not complaining at all. Big ups to Cottonwood. Thank you.

Our group of 10 stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. Ilona , the Manager was just amazing and she went out of her way to assist us. She made sure that every request was seen to immediately and we will definitely book there again. The support staff were also excellent, garden and pool immaculate , and lovely clean rooms.

I had a super stay at Cottonwood Guesthouse. The bathroom heater were a bonus in winter! However, the bathroom towels were a little "sad" and thread bearing. The room was huge and had enough heating. Loved the stocked mini bar idea and added extras of sherry and bottled water. Thank you all round!
