Don’t let the outside fool you. Building and lobby are not impressive BUT staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was newly redone and very clean. Room was cleaned daily which was nice

For a place that just under went a renovation, you would think they would be more careful and about having rooms with stained bedding. Not what I want to see upon arrival. Thankfully I only needed 1 bed. It's as bare bones as you can get. No in room coffee service, you need to go to the reception and hope they made some, then use that nasty powered creamer. There's nothing but plastic cups in the rooms, oh and 2 shampoo's, no conditioner. All around a depressing place to stay. I was surprised to see that housekeeping entered my room even though it didn't need anything and I was only staying 2 nights. Kind of creeped me out. How about using housekeeping just upon vacating and spend more on things in the room? For $100 a night, I deserved better. At least just add a few extra's for busy weekends when the hotels can raise their rates.

The parking lot was clean but hadn't been resurfaced or redone in a while. However, the room was comfortable and properly maintained. The bathroom had relatively new shower head.

Customer service is great, and they are very friendly. I don't like how housekeeping knocks everyday if your not checking out. I understand cleaning if it's dirty, but I sweep everyday, clean toilet and sink and trash everyday. I think 2-3 days would be sufficient. Other than that awesome

Inside looks much better than the outside does. Moldy shower curtain. Friendly service- WILL chase after you and point you in the right direction if you go the wrong way toward your room :)

A cheap motel, run down dirty lobby/check in area. The walkway to the room was warped and tilted. The door lock wouldn't latch and I had to play with it for a while to get it to lock. Then to unlock it the keycard had to be placed a very specific way. The room itself seemed recently cosmetically renovated, but the room reeked of smoke...it was hard to sleep with that smell of past smokers or neighboring smoking rooms. The bathroom though recently cleaned had dirt and dead bug carcasses on and in the tub. It was over $200 for homecoming weekend, which I get the demand pricing, but OMG, the lowest quality for $200 I ever spent.

The room seemed clean at first pass but after being in the room for a while i noticed roaches on the floor and on the desk area.

The room was clean, comfortable and as represented on line. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The parking lot could use some resurfacing/paving.

The front desk staff (owners) is incredibly friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. They're in the midst of refurbishing the entire place, and you can tell that they're taking it seriously. It's
