Hotel is very good quality. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Didn’t get to enjoy any food as early departure. Van service is not great. My pickup was delayed significantly and driver when questioned about this got a serious attitude. Morning service to airport with crowded Van. Not enough seats. Needed two vans. Loading luggage took 15 minutes. Good location. Only 10 minutes from the airport and really good rate compared to others

Had paid in full through *******. Upon check out, the hotel tried to charge me for a full night’s stay which was more than the original ******* nights charge that was already paid in advance. Took more than 20 minutes at checkout to try and get corrected, I finally accepted a partial refund for the already paid room, so in turn paid a substantial amount of extra money for the one night. Very disappointed with the whole process!

We book for my son's birthday so he can do some swimming but we can't swim the bleach is too strong onces you go in you can't even open your eyes is really bad my throat hurts all the kids were coughing and everyone was complaining their eyes were burning

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Close to transportation and Mall of America. We always stay here when we are in the cities and have a good experience every time.

This was a nice hotel that was close to the mall. The only thing was the hot tub had so much chlorine our eyes burned and we could not stay in it long.

This place was outstanding! Had an overnight trip and was getting engaged the next day. This stay supplemented the whole experience for us! Lots of family’s staying but there was zero problems. Friendly staff. Friendly guests. If we are ever in Minneapolis-st Paul will be staying here again!
