The property was convenient and accessible to the airport, which I appreciated.
The shower door in my room did not close and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold. I also wish that the airport shuttle was available after 11pm upon my arrival. Upon my departure, I had made a 7:30 shuttle reservation upon check-in and after checking out at 7:30, asked about the shuttle. I was told that the driver had already left and would be returning. He did not return until 7:45, which caused me to be a few minutes to my connecting shuttle at the airport.

Bed was hard and so uncomfortable, super crabby lady at the desk at check in, holes in the pillows. Room is old and seemed dirty. Had to park far away and still had to pay for parking. We will never stay at this hotel again!!😡

A great place to stay when heading to or from the airport. Shuttle is awesome and convenient, rooms are nice and quiet. The public areas show some wear, but the staff was attentive and professional. Mall of America is a short drive away and, again, the shuttle makes it easy.

I will never stay at this Hilton again and I have stayed there several times in the past. My daughter and I used the keycard to find a man in the bed!!!! Front desk supervisor gave me attitude and ignored my frustration of the situation. New room was almost 80° and after no help from the front desk I finally got it to cool down but it took until the morning.

Ok. The hotel charges for parking and that wasn’t clear when booking. There is no hot tub, just a small pool. Overall clean and good food from the bar, but not worth the price tag.

Staff of Jan 2014 shatters all the expectations I had. They are super friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay.

I liked the easy access to nearby expressways and I enjoyed the pleasant staff. In-room microwave and refrigerator were a plus!! Will definitely stay there again.
