Rooms felt old. Pool was freezing cold. Not a lot of places to sit for breakfast or for team mates eating together. Had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot.

We booked a room thinking that we would get breakfast however they only serve breakfast at 7:00

The front desk female did not communicate with the airport pick-up driver correctly. She told the driver that I was at terminal 2 but I was at terminal one. It took me a full hour to get from the airport to the hotel. However, the distance is 5 miles.
She offered no apologies for her mess and rudely told me it was my mistake. The van driver, Dan, was great.
In addition, I got charged twice for the same room and dates.

The shower was freezing and the water pressure very weak. The coffee machine was broken and dirty. The reception desk was busy so staff was unfriendly and terse. The general condition of the room was sub par

I would have given the hotel a higher rating but for one thing. We arrived at the airport and expected to be picked up by a hotel shuttle. It took 3 goes to get anyone to answer and we were told that there was no shuttle anymore. That is not what is advertised. It cost us $25 to get an Uber to the hotel. The next morning there was a shuttle operating!

The pool was too cold. Otherwise nice facilities. But the check-in was very unprofessional. I was given no information at all - just my room number and was given my key cards. No information regarding breakfast, check-out time, pool, etc. Otherwise nice stay, though.

May and Tristan were absolutely amazing humans and were willing to help with whatever was asked.
The pool was freezing. We had no hott water in our room. There was no parking available.
