We got to the hotel later at night due to traffic. We drove but it was great if we would have been able to stay longer than just to sleep and eat breakfast we would have. we will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

We initially checked into a room and upon dropping our stuff off in the room to leave for dinner we noticed the door to the room didn’t latch closed. We tried multiple times to make sure we pulled hard enough for it to close but it never did and was easily pushed in. We requested to change rooms and we were able to. We were put in a 2nd floor room right near the front of the hotel. It was around midnight when we were getting ready to go to sleep and we kept hearing loud music. We initially thought it was a car parked right out front or possibly a neighboring room. After checking we noticed it was the music they play out front of the hotel entrance. We called the front desk and were told that they didn’t know what to do and that they would tell the manager the next day. I didn’t get any sleep that night and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Not being able to get sleep in a hotel because of the hotel playing loud music is beyond absurd.

The hotel service was actually good. What I didn't like was that I booked a suite and it looked like the sample suite. The sink area at the bottom did not have the cabinet, the entrance door had no way to hold and could hit anyone. The cabinet doors were out of balance and did not close properly. The breakfast area needs more employees since there were no plates to eat and there was only one employee working the entire area. The check in and check out process was quick and the employees were friendly and dedicated.

Shuttle driver did not show up to take guests to airport. Ended up having to drive to airport and pay for expensive parking at airport to catch my flight in time.😞

I had bugs in my room and I was told they will not be able to move my room because they were out of rooms no staff on site but one who had to work the entire facility super poor customer service just bad

We came for a weekend get away so we got here late Friday night. The room we got definitely hadn’t been clean and it wasn’t very nice. The next morning I went to the front desk to see if we could get a different room. The guy at the desk was very apologetic and gladly put us in a different room. He also took the parking fee off for the nights. Was very impressed with how we were treated despite other negative reviews. I would definitely come back here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was very quiet and staff was pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Wish there was a hot tub and you didn’t have to pay for parking.

Housekeeping never came to our room. We did not have the do not disturb sign so there was no reason.
