Days Inn by Wyndham Blue Springs

This hotel was ok smaller and all the rooms was inside no outside rooms but the breakfast was good

Very clean, quiet, great Mexican restaurant next doo.

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit in the face with an awful smell. Possibly mold/mildew slightly masked by air freshener. We paid for a double quee room and were given a double full - Contintetal breakfast was cereal and muffins,

Huge storm came through and knocked out electricity the 2nd night. When it came back on there was no a/c and we ended up having to move to another hotel.

Honestly this is one of the worst days inn by Wyndham I have ever stepped into. From the time I walked in there all I smelled was pot. The smell got so strong I went without sleep due to the headache caused by the smell. I do not recommend this place to leave your dogs much less your Family. My kids got sick and were complaining of headaches from the smell. Second floor was the worst. You’re in the elevator just praying the door didn’t open on the second floor. Please avoid this place at all cost. Absolute Trash. The guy that was working was top notch fantastic guy. He did everything he could. Sprayed all kinds of air fresheners. That just mixed with the smell and helped a little. However when the floor below you is so bad you get a contact high when walking out of the elevator. The smell just comes on up to the third floor. In the last few days I have slept a total of about 5 hours due to headaches. I DO NOT ADVISE!!!!!!!

I went in they have now added a sign claiming they will charge a 100 dollar deposit, this is not listed on the web site so it was a surprise and never had it been charged before. The owner argued that fact with me. The place was dark and seemed run down. Then I found out I did not double check the dates so no reservation. I will never go back

This is an older motel which has been been well used....but there seems to be an effort to put some work into reviving it to its previous glory days. At first impression the curb appeal is somewhat dubious as the grounds are pretty littered and unkept. The LOBBY is old school 1970's décor and the hallways are dark and dreary which makes it difficult to tell if the carpets are actually new as they look. The pool on the main floor looks old and the windows from the hallway are dingy with build-up of chlorine. The room is "different "to say the least. The carpet appears new but many of the motel renos are going to the engineered wood-like flooring which is far easier for maintenance and cleanliness. The lighting is very strange with weird fixtures and strangely places wall switches instead of on actual lamps.There are USBPORTS on a desk unit which is good to see as well as modern appliances and TV. The KING bed was VERY strange as I sat on it and SUNK into it....almost like a waterbed......but it turned out to be a very comfortable sleep. The "continental" breakfast was one of the most basic I have seen on this trip. BOTTOM LINE........this is a very basic "budget" motel which is not representative of the WYNDHAM logo.

Hair and mildew in tub, dirty towels, toilet wasn’t washed, dirty sheets and pillows, trash on floor, surfaces cleaned with a dirty towel there was a substance that just got moved around but now cleaned up. Substance all down the side of the side table.

If you didn’t have any other options for a place to stay it would work but I definitely won’t be staying here again. Poor service. Halls smelt of ****. Killed a few bugs. Rooms could have been cleaner. Only one tv station.
