Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. had room on 10th floor, overlooking inter-coastal and thru some hi-rise buildings, the Atlantic. It was really nice. Room was clean, spacious and had siting area. Staff was really nice. On site dining is somewhat limited but fine provided weather is cooperating as its outdoors. All this said, between room costs, $30 resort fees and $30 self-park, it was quite expensive.

Spouse was ill and hotel staff was not available to bring extra towels and linens to replace dirty ones at night Had to leave her to go downstairs in middle of night

We checked in on Saturday and the room was 63 degrees. We turned on the heat and left for our event. We got back at 11:00 and it was still cold. The hotel sent up a maintenance guy and he could not fix it. He stated that he would send someone to fix it on Sunday. No one ever fixed the heat and it was still VERY cold in the room. The manager took off the parking fee and resort fee for compensation. That is not enough for freezing!

We've stayed at Waterstone many times over the years. It is in a great location for us. The hotel was sold in recent years and the decline in all aspects of the hotel are readily apparent. The hotel staff, while generally friendly, appear to have received little to no training in how do make guests feel welcome. As an example, one front desk employee in particular would never even say "hello" to us, even if she looked up from her desk and looked directly at us.The rooms are overdue for an update and our room in particular had a musty damp odor. We were also unable to recieive the ability to self park as advertised and were forced to use the valet, The hotel, however, did agree to waive any daily parking fees for us. Bottom line, until the hotel shines itself up and their staff become more profesional, we will likely not be returning to Waterstone.

They are promoting the hotel as a 4 stars but it is not in my opinion. The location is good but the renovation was not what I wlecpected.

This is a nice place with comfortable rooms in an excellent location (with a car or bike) with great views from the little balconies, but it was FREEZING in the halls and a bit loud because the road over the intra coastal is right outside the window. Also we were not warned when we booked that unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance for the 2 of the 3 days we were there - but when we complained they refunded the $30 resort fee. Also there was only a walk-in shower and I would have preferred a tub. The complimentary coffee and blueberry water at the front desk were excellent

Great hotel with friendly staff. I do think however that the charging the guests to self-park is ridiculous when they are paying to stay at the hotel. Also the check-in time is ridiculously late although they were accommodating and gave us our hotel couple of hours sooner.

Beautiful view of Boca Lake from our balcony. Pool was the perfect warm temp for swimming in December. Amazing location near numerous restaurants, the ocean, grocery store, and an all and all gorgeous area. Loved being able to borrow the hotel bikes to ride to the beach. Comfy bed and nice linens. Great shower pressure too! Only thing is our family prefers hard surface flooring over carpet in hotel rooms for obvious reasons, but very nicely updated rooms.
