Hostal Camping la Y Griega

I have mixed feelings about la Y Griega. On the positive side of things, I appreciated free wifi, chill hangout area to eat and relax, nice garden area, Hostal cats, central area (away from the bustle of Bocas Town, but on the street that splits between goingto Drago Beach or up the coast to Bluff beach, with good swimming beach nearby), no smoking allowed in common area, decent price ($30 for private room), and an outdoor shower in the garden. On the negative side of things, the hostal felt very dirty to me, near the lodging area the house smelt strongly of humidty/mold, and very morning in the communal kitchen, rat/mice poop was everywhere(!!!!!) on the kitchen surfaces, even on some of the tables in the common room. I also saw bread and other food completly nibbled at. Based upon this, I decided to keep my food in my room in a box. The hostal should invest in some plastic containers to allow people to store their food so that it is not tempting for rats/mice. They should also make this problem known to those currently staying there (although if you're an early riser its quite obvious based upon the amount of dropping found in the kitchen).

Ganz schrecklich… total dreckig, überstimmt nicht ein mit den Bildern online ! Die Küche war total dreckig und das Bad sieht aus als ob es das letzte mal vor 5 Wochen geputzt wurde. Nicht zu empfehlen… ich frage mich woher die ganzen guten Bewertungen kommen…
