Nite & Day MDC Puncak - Gadog

Quately dissappointed with Breakfast. I booked room with breakfast but when i entered the resto at 7.15 am, all the food and drink were empty. I was waiting 30 second but no refill. I asked the staff why it was happened. They will refill soon but after wait for another 15 minutes, it’s not better the situation. I have to complain to the receptionist. Then the receptionist do some action to speed up the food and drink refill.

sangat menyenangkan menginap disini, tetapi belum ada lift nya, jadi harus naik turun tangga

Untuk room nya oke bgt sih,lebih ok lagi kalo di lt atas karna ada balkonnya , dn untuk service oke bgt tempatnya juga bersih roomnya luas bgt Next mau bawa keluarga kesini , jaraknya masuk ke dalam nya jga gaterlalu jauh kok Next aku bakal pesen include breakfast hehe

Staff ramah, fasilitas standard, sarapannya enak cuma kurang cepat untuk mengisi makanan yang sudah kosong ;) over all baguss .

Lumayan aga jauh dari puncak pas tapi kalo main ke daerah sana pasti nginepnya disini si asli tempatnya nyaman bangett kolam renang dan fasilitas lainya oke kebersihanya juga oke banget staff ramah

Sebelumny sudah pernah menginap disini dapat kamar bagus pinggir kolam view nya bagus dan sesuai pesanan double bed non twin, sedangkan kemarin terkahir menginap dapat kamar diujung yang memiliki balkon samping2an dengan resto dan bed ny kurang sesuai dengan pesanan.

The hotel might be a dormitory in its previous life. Well, we honestly don't know about that, but when you step inside the room you might have similar idea. The interior suggested that it might had seen its days, but now it's been rejuvenated back to life, while leaving some of its former self intact : the vintage ceiling fan, among other things. The room is quite spacious, with a comfy king size bed. But it lack basic necessities that normally found in a hotel room : no refrigerator, no tea/coffee/sugar servings (but we get the water heater, though), and no slippers ! Considering the fact that the hotel is situated in Puncak, and its rooms' floor are not covered with carpet, a pair of slippers will be a blessing ! The hotel has a vast garden, with an open football field and a swimming pool. The pool is quite nice, but in need of extra cleaning, since the bottom is a bit sandy. As for the food, we got a chance to try both the food from the cafe and the ones from the buffet. The ones we order from cafe were quite delicious, but the same can't be said for the buffet. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. With a modest price, you could enjoy a relaxing a**osphere of a retirement home. Time ticks a bit slower in this place
