It was a nice hotel I will for sure be returning. The rooms are small but convenient. It was all clean. Love their light system. The breakfast they served was pretty good too. Love the concept and decor. I just had one issue with the hot water the day I arrived and they said they would send someone to help but no one came to our room. I asked at night again and they said in the morning it would be working. I also tried calling reception desk like 3-4 times because I was out of toilet paper and they didn’t answer so I had to go downstairs to get some I think they should change the tissues for some rollls because is kind of hard to know when that will finish. Anyways overall I had a pretty good experience ! I recommend it

La atención del personal es más dirigida a cumplir que en servicio al cliente, a la hora del desayuno el comedor super sucio, no hay quien limpie y organice las mesas, la persona que reparte el desayuno pareciera que no entiende que uno como huésped pago por el servicio, no tiene en cuenta las proporciones a la hora de medir, le habla en un tono a las personas como gritandolas se siente uno como si le estuvieran regalando un plato de comida, dijeron que nos iban a dar huevos rancheros y eran unos simples huevos revueltos. El caldo de costilla no tenía costilla ni papá era solo con some, la máquina de jugo de naranja unonpiensa qué es jugo natural y era simplemente jugo del valle. La peor parte de la estadía de verdad fue el desayuno de resto es un hotel bastante promedio.

Hotel recién remodelado con cómodas habitaciones y excelente servicio. Todo impecable, el desayuno delicioso y lo mejor es la flexibilidad que manejan con las horas de checkin y checkout.

Excelente Hotel, muy buena relación Calidad-Precio, muy central, me gustó mucho la forma como manejan el Check in y Check out, tu día de hotel empieza a la hora que llegas al hotel, llegué a las 8Pm y puede hacer mi Check Out a las 7Pm del día siguiente y no me cobraron excedente.
