The hotel is an ok hotel in Bogotá, very “transactional” beds are super comfy and it’s located in a very central location. However, all the difference is made by the staff, they really go out of their way to make sure every detail is in place and that the experience in Estelar is the best there is. Anytime there was a minor inconvinience or a request, they would rush to accomodate. Food at the restaurant is super good and the service, exceptional.

Good location and amazing breakfast included! Milena was so attentive and the sweetest woman helped us at the restaurant! The front desk was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants near by. It’s approximately 30 mins away from the airport. Would recommend!

Our stay was great, we had a minor situation with the room AC but was immediately rectified. A bottle of wine was included with our stay which could’ve been a bigger bottle for two but something is something. Definitely know that the bed and pillows: you’re in heaven. Next day the buffet was delicious with fresh fruits and fresh squeezed juices and the service was fantastic. Make sure you have Milena as your service, super attentive to us and beyond nice as well as the others servers too. Definitely recommend for your stay.

Everything was ok except not having coffee pot on the room or hot water. Also we had to ask several times for clean towels . All the personal was very friendly . Breakfast was really good I missed my Buñuelos but having sweet bread was awesome

Thank you for the wonderful staff at hotel estelar especially helping me when I didnt feel so great in another country. They are excellent and this is my second long extended stay in this hotel.
