we had a bad time at this hotel. we checked in around 10pm & got 3 keys to the room (3 people). 2 keys didn’t work. in the middle of the night, the toilet was found clog. next night, the microwave broke. we got a replaced one and broke again at night. then the hotel told us not to use the microwave for more than 5 mins per night. I never heard of such restriction on microwave. we just use the microwave to cook broccoli. my husband & my daughter is engineers. they think the microwave doesn’t match the power output of hotel system, and caused the microwave stops functioning after 5 mins of usage. on the check out day, I found the hotel had charged on my credit card a lot more at the checked in time. After half hour of investigation with the front desk, found out that the checked in staff charged us 1 extra night than my reservation by mistake. (at checked in it was late at night and the staff never checked with us the check out date). The check out staff tried to hold the refund and started mentioned that we broke 2 microwaves. We refused to pay for the microwaves as its stop functioning is not caused by us. We just used the microwave for cooking broccoli and we did that all the time in all hotels we stayed at this trip. Finally they refunded us the overcharge but really leaved me a bad experience on this hotel.
