Excellent customer service from the front desk and maintenance.
Rooms are old. Shower head falls off, little things that are worn in the room. Air conditioner would work on and off. Wouod stay again but needs some maintenance and updates.

Right in the thick of Zona T so very active and safe. Seems like once a very nice property but now needs attention to some details like shower head not secure and bathroom sink not draining properly. Breakfast excellent. Jauvier at the front desk was especially helpful. Transportation arrangements made via hotel from and to airport were convenient.

The staff attendance is wonderful, very helpful and respectful staff, specially Javier in the front desk who is a hand helper and safe advisor, breakfast super clean and nice, various options for every taste. Clean rooms.
