This was the worst experience I’ve had travelling. 9/21-9/24 I stayed in the Luxury Room 407. Initially, the key did not work, the telephone did not work and the air conditioning was broke. I received a new card. The phone was replaced and the maintenance man said the breaker for the a/c unit was off. So, he just flipped it on. Well, the only time it worked was while he was in the room. I went to the manager to ask to switch rooms and he stated he was unable to. I had no working a/c my entire stay. The afternoon of 9/23 a portable unit was placed in my Luxury Room. The poor service recovery by management is the reason I am writing this. Clearly, this room was not ready for service, yet they took my money and did not provide the service I paid for.
The staff and food were delicious. Manangement’s handling of my issue was horrible.
