Great hotel and staff and it’s amenities. When I was checking in trip.com customer service really helped me. Reception staff of the hotel I notice was surprised to see a man of color staying at the hotel.

Upon arrival we found the rooms dirty and dust was collecting on almost all of the furniture. The food was mediocre, and all three of us got sick immediately and never left the hotel due to DYSENTERY, which had to be contracted at the hotel because we never left. We were all three sick for a week after returning as well. We obviously let management know, and the dismissed the problem and said sorry that happened to you. The reason I stay at the Four Seasons is to avoid things like this. This was not a 5 star hotel by any means. From the filthy rooms and spa and to the managment. Absolutely disappointed. There are many luxury hotels in the world unfortunately the Four Season has declined to keep up with them. I will no longer be staying at any of there properties. Sad to see such a great hotel slipping into motel 6 mediocrity.

We were in Bogota for four nights. The bed was extremely comfortable and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet and slept well. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, included with the room, each morning. The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and professional. Their English much better than my Spanish!! I hope to be back soon to see more of the city and country.

There are nice hotels with great rooms and unique locations … very pleasant. But what really counts is the level of personal service. At Casa Medina you can find this very high standard of hospitality from every single member of the staff. Rooms are clean and beautiful, bar and courtyard great and peaceful, service & staff 100%! Thanks for a great stay, highly recommended, will be back for sure

Stayed here with my family for a week in early March, and everything about the stay was flawless. The hotel is beautiful and self-contained away from the noise of the city. Our rooms, two connecting rooms on the fourth floor, were perfect and well-appointed. The exposed beams and colonial style are beautiful, though everyone’s taste varies. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the remarkable restaurant scene in Bogota. The staff was incredible and surpassed even the FS usual high level of service. The concierge desk, particularly Ms. Castañeda and Ms. Cesar, were very helpful in booking excursions before we arrived. The front door staff always had water available and tips about the weather, the front desk staff provided helpful recommendations for running errands in the neighborhood, and housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The restaurant staff was also professional and efficient, particularly during breakfast, and the staff at the speakeasy Boulevardier, especially Jose, were outstanding. (We were so impressed by the whiskey flights the first night, we went back for a second evening.) Every aspect of the stay was perfect, and Casa Medina is one of the most charming (and under-the-radar) FS properties in the world.

We stayed here for 2 nights- it was the first stop for us on a 10-day trip through Colombia. The property was gorgeous. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. As always, the Four Seasons delivered absolute perfection for our family. We had a 2 bedroom suite that fit our family comfortably. We felt very safe, secure, and at home. All the little extras for kids were greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay and a warm welcome to Colombia!

Super hotel. Service was excellent, rooms were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend it. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the service - all the staff were friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for you.

Swanky but not pretentious in a nice area of Bogota. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, service is spectacular. Breakfast buffet was delicious, beautiful patios & courtyards available to enjoy a cocktail later in the day. They even have a speak-easy for a late night drink. We had massages which were great and enjoyed the steam room & used the gym for stretching. Great stay!
